left my husbands anorak to have a new zip fitted on Thurs.23th Jan. told the owner that I needed it back by Frid.31st. as my husband was going on a trip and needed it.She then put a lable on the garment saying it had to be ready by Thurs.30th.We went to pick it up on the Sat.1st.Feb. as my husband was meeting up with his friends in Kickaldy and then leaving with them on the trip .She hadnt fitted the zip ,excuse was she had workmen in , so what! .She wasnt in the least bit concerned about letting us down.I wouldnt like it to have been a wedding dress.
So if you want something altered and it has to be ready for a certain date dont go here
